SelfService

"SelfService" is the internet-based interface to MICROS-Fidelio’s global support system. It enables you to conveniently make a request for support (create a case), track the progress of an existing case, add feedback as it is being researched and reference previous cases.

If you require a login / password for the SelfService system, please follow the link above and click on ‘Register’. Please note that SelfService access can only be granted to authorised hotel personnel.
